South Florida is one of the hardest places in the country to keep a lift healthy. Salt spray, warm water, marine growth, UV, afternoon storms and hurricane season work on every cable, bearing, bracket and electrical connection year round.
Most lift failures start as something small: a sheave that stops turning, a zinc that is used up, a contactor that chatters, a bunk that shifted after a storm. Twice-yearly service catches those while they are still inexpensive, and keeps the lift, and the boat on it, safe.
Each part of your lift has its own warning signs. Our owner guides explain what to watch for between visits. At every service, we check all of it.

A worn sheave scars a cable. A scarred cable overloads a corner. An overloaded corner strains the motor. Good service finds the cause, not just the part that finally broke.
A complete visit follows the same order every time, so nothing gets skipped and every finding is on paper.
Cables, sheaves, drive units, controls, bunks, brackets, I-beams, anodes, pilings and electrical, from a safe position.
Clear salt and debris and lubricate only the points and products your lift manufacturer specifies.
Correct alignment, winding, loose hardware and minor issues on the spot, with manufacturer-approved parts.
Run a controlled cycle and watch for uneven travel, vibration, heat and abnormal noise.
Written findings, photos and recommendations for your records and your warranty file.
We diagnose before we replace. When a part fails, we find out why, so the new one does not fail the same way.
Handled on the service visit or scheduled promptly.
Scoped, permitted where required, and built by our crews.
Storm surge, wind and floating debris can shift cables, bend beams, move pilings and flood electrical equipment. We help you prepare the lift before a storm and inspect it before it goes back into service.
Broken cable strands, a leaning or tilting boat, a motor that hums but will not lift, repeated breaker or GFCI trips, burning smells, a piling that moves, or any tingling in the water. Keep people clear and call us.
